Job Description

Work closely with R&D project team members to develop hardware prototypes from the ground up. Build prototypes using PCB and SMT technologies, set up and perform experiments, and transition R&D electronics to real-world applications.

As an Engineering R&D consulting company, Creare has a broad spectrum of challenging projects to develop cutting-edge electronic devices and equipment for biomedical, energy, advanced battery, high voltage, military, and space applications.

Qualifications:

• Solid working knowledge of electronics, familiar with analog, digital, power, or instrumentation electronics.
• Energetic team player capable of multi-tasking.
• An Associate's degree and two years’ experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary range of $25 - $35 per hour, based on education and experience.
• Competitive compensation package including annual staff bonus, industry-leading 401(k) contributions and plan options, and various medical plans.
• Potential signing or startup bonuses.
