Oradeo recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to work with a market leading contractor in Germany on a permanent basis working on a prestigious project. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritizing, and communication skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and Planning of resources including labor, materials, and sub-contractors
2. Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
3. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
4. Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor
5. Proven record of coordinating and managing projects
6. Strong Electrical experience
7. Prepare relevant reports
8. Reporting on progress

Necessary Requirements:

1. An engineering qualification or relevant work experience
2. Good Computer skills in Word, Excel, etc.
3. Fluent English
4. Flexible to travel
5. A trade background
6. Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects
7. Ideally, the Electrical Supervisor will possess experience within the following sectors: pharmaceutical, biogen, industrial, semiconductor, clean room, labs, hospitals, data centres, etc. in excess of €10 million.
8. A minimum of 4 years in a supervision role
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
11. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a friendly team
12. Career driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic
13. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
14. Ability to drive a large scale project
15. A construction background
16. Good Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
