Job Description

Due to the continued growth of our European teams, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt, to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors, and Subcontractors.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, etc.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Map out weekly look-aheads and planning.
• Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labor on-site.
• Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
• Oversee and manage labor, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Execute commissioning and closeout plans.
• Ensure close-out of snag lists.
• Deliver on labor tracker.
• Manage relevant external correspondence.
• Order all day-to-day site materials.
• Update information in progress reports.
• Maintain K&M Document Management System.
• Manage project-specific scheduling.
• Communicate changes to the project team.
• Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester.
• People management experience.
• Project Management experience is beneficial.
• Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel if required.
