One of our clients is currently looking to fill a Project Manager role on the developer side with a strong background in electrical engineering.

This position involves working directly with the data center developer, acting as their representative, and managing the pre-construction elements of the project.

Experience with brownfield / live environment projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

• Manage LP4 to LP6 phases of construction
• Manage LP9 handover phase
• Ensure construction adheres to the schedules, plans, and safety standards outlined by the client
• Oversee the electrical fit-out of the project, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
• Monitor the project accordingly, reporting to the Regional Director on any major alterations

Qualifications

• Fluent English, professional level of German
• Willingness to travel to site several days per week
