We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our high-impact data center projects in Frankfurt.

Role Overview:

• Electrical Systems Management: Oversee and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support packages, buy-out, breaking scopes, and reviewing quotations.

• Design & Technical Oversight: Review design specifications and drawings, manage technical queries, and ensure BIM coordination for accurate installation plans.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with key project stakeholders, including clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Safety & Quality Assurance: Work with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to implement and manage site safety plans, quality assurance processes, and compliance with industry standards.

• Project & Schedule Management: Track and manage project schedules, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, and manpower levels to ensure timely project completion.

• Site Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily site operations, manage work packages, monitor progress, issue weekly reports, and track costs to support efficient project execution.

Role Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Field Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within the construction industry. Experience in electrical system design, installation, and commissioning for construction projects.

• Familiarity with site inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD). Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.

• Language: Fluency in German and English.

• Workstyle: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Proactive, hands-on approach. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
