Job summary

InSeCoTec in Dresden is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Leader to guide a small team in installing automated transport systems for semiconductor manufacturing. You will lead electrical and mechanical assembly, perform commissioning and tests, and deliver handover reports to customers.

The role requires several years of installation experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, with fluency in German and English. Occasional Europe travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or certification as an industrial foreman or technician specializing in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in the installation of electrical components and systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• German and English skills; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a role model.
• Structured and precise work style.
• Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred.
