Job summary

InSeCoTec is seeking a Commissioning Team Leader for our Dresden location to drive the commissioning of advanced transport systems used in manufacturing automation.

You will lead a small team, perform mechanical, electrical, and software testing under cleanroom conditions, and ensure high-quality handover reports. Strong German and English communication skills and willingness to travel within Europe are preferred.

Job description

We are looking for you to join us as a Commissioning Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation at our Dresden location.

Your Responsibilities

• Commissioning of transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
• Mechanical, electrical, and software testing of system components under cleanroom conditions
• Identifying and resolving errors, and contributing to problem-solving
• Conducting functional tests of the equipment
• Documenting work steps and equipment tests, as well as preparing handover reports
• Active communication and close collaboration with customers
• Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees

Your Profile

• Completed, recognized vocational training in an electrical engineering, communications technology, or IT-related field, or a technical degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or IT
• Professional experience in the commissioning of electromechanical components and systems
• Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
• Very good MS Office and IT skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a role model
• A structured and meticulous approach to work
• Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred
