This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will actively contribute to planner support. You will present our product portfolio as a complete solution and demonstrate the advantages of our products and software tools as they are used in projects. You will represent the brands of ABB AG, Busch-Jaeger and ABB Striebel & John. You will be responsible for your territory in the Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Karlsruhe and surrounding areas. You are mainly responsible for:

1. First point of contact for engineering offices, project developers, electrical planners, architects, housing companies, and general contractors.
2. Advising customers on possible technical concepts and solutions (low-voltage systems).
3. Creating system concepts and sizing the complete low-voltage systems/cabinets, including the necessary specifications and planning documents.
4. Presenting and utilizing CAE software tools at the customer’s site.
5. Project acquisition and project tracking in the field of power supply systems and installation technology.

Qualifications for the role

• Completed (electrical) technical training in the field of energy technology, e.g. master electrician, technician or degree in electrical or energy technology.
• Confident handling and knowledge of the dimensioning of system concepts including the required specifications and planning documents (desired and preferred).
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English.
