Electrical Engineering Expert (m/f/d) for the Real Estate Division (Electrical and Building Services Engineering) in Kassel

This position is available full-time starting 1 January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Testing of electrical systems (e.g., emergency power supply systems, fire detection and alarm systems)
• Conducting acceptance and recurring inspections in the areas of building regulations, explosion protection, and lightning protection
• Preparation of test reports/expert opinions, including handling of necessary correspondence
• Technical consulting
• Providing technical support during construction phases

Qualifications

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience in planning and maintenance are desirable
• Existing building authority certification is an advantage
• Customer-oriented approach with a confident external presence and the ability to work as a team internally
• Flexibility, commitment, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure
• European Driving License B
• Good IT skills (MS Office suite)
