Join our team as a Senior Staff Engineer TCAD Concept Engineer IC Technology and drive innovation in the field of power devices. In this role, you will:

1. Analyze data from simulations, laboratory measurements, and manufacturing data
2. Create technology and device concepts
3. Evaluate component performance
4. Contribute to the development team and interface with EDA, REL, Test, and Process Integration teams
5. Participate in the creation of test chips and setup of complex split experiments
6. Perform TCAD simulations to support research and development of new technologies
7. Define future products in collaboration with our business lines

As a Senior Staff Engineer TCAD Concept Engineer IC Technology, you are comfortable taking on challenges without knowing the exact solution in advance. You respect diverse perspectives and leverage creative potential. You inspire others with your ideas and communicate complex issues clearly and convincingly.

You are best suited for this role if you have:

1. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field; a PhD is a plus
2. At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor device design
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Semiconductor Process & Device Physics, especially for power devices
4. Proficiency with TCAD tools (such as Synopsis) for process and device simulation
5. Experience in statistical design and evaluation of experiments
6. Basic knowledge of systematic problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D) is a plus
7. Fluent English skills; good German skills are desirable
