Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the Dutch market.
• Operate our DC chargers and ensure a seamless customer experience, including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
• Take relevant suppression measurements and coordinate with field service partners.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers.
• Ensure charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
• Contribute to improving service quality and operational excellence.
• Support the growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile

• University degree in electrical engineering or related professional training.
• Work experience in eMobility or customer service industry.
• Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
