As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong QA / QC focus to join their team in Frankfurt. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major data centre design and build project, with further pharma and data centre projects in the pipeline across Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and implement QA / QC procedures, ensuring all site activities meet the highest quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, identify non-conformances, and lead efforts to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare detailed QA / QC reports and contribute to weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate and review project drawings, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Resolve technical queries to facilitate smooth progression of electrical installations.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
• Maintain meticulous document control, including QA logs, test packs, and handover documentation.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, particularly around subcontractor performance and governance.

About You :

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or a similar role within the construction or MEP sector.
• A solid understanding of QA / QC processes in large-scale construction projects.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
