Job summary

DANOBAT-OVERBECK GmbH sucht eine/n Elektroingenieur/in zur Planung von Schaltplänen für Maschinenwerkzeuge. Sie entwerfen elektrische Systeme, wählen Hardware aus und erstellen Dokumentationen in EPLAN P8 im Kontext von SINUMERIK One/840D-Steuerungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Einkauf und Lieferanten zusammen, übernehmen Hardwareauswahl, Risikobewertungen und ERP-Übernahmen von Stücklisten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektronik-/Elektrobereich, ideal mit weiterer Qualifikation als Techniker/Meister.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektroplanung und -auslegung für Maschinensteuerungen.
• Erfahrung mit CAE-Software (EPLAN, AutoCAD, WSCAD).
• Gute Kenntnisse der elektrischen Schaltplantechnik und technischer Dokumentation.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Software.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf, Planung und Erstellung von Schaltplänen für Werkzeugmaschinen mit EPLAN P8.
• Elektrische Planung basierend auf SINUMERIK ONE/ SINUMERIK 840D.
• Auswahl der Hardwarekomponenten
• Erstellung von Schalterschaltplänen und Dokumentationen
• Überführung Stücklisten ins ERP-System
• Unterstützung Lieferanten, Produktion und Einkauf bei technischen Fragen

Job description

Your Responsibilities

Design, plan and create electrical circuit diagrams for machine tools using EPLAN P8

Electrical planning and design of machine tools based on Siemens SINUMERIK ONE and SINUMERIK 840D control systems, in compliance with applicable regulations and specifications

Identify and select the required hardware components

Create electrical schematics using EPLAN

Prepare hardware documentation for production (circuit diagrams, parts lists, etc.)

Transfer bills of materials to the ERP system

Perform Performance Level calculations according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1 using SISTEMA

Prepare risk assessments in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EN ISO 12100

Support suppliers, production and purchasing departments with technical design-related questions

Requirements

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, ideally with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman or equivalent

Solid knowledge of electrical design, particularly in automation technology

Experience with CAE software (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD, WSCAD)

Good knowledge of electrical schematic design and technical documentation

Confident use of MS Office and other common software tools

Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
