Job description
Tasks
- Translation of customer requirements into functional electrical system definitions
- Preparation of version-specific configurations and creation of wiring diagrams
- Integration of Siemens Capital into the existing tool landscape
- Technical coordination of engineering service providers and evaluation of delivery quality
- Coordination of involved departments and approvalprocesses
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets
- Contribution to the further development of configuration management
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Sciences, or certification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (Fachwirt)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, electrical systems, design engineering, and electrical system installation
- In-depth knowledge of functional electrical design
- Experience with Airbus processes, especially in the Single Aisle segment
- Advanced user skills in Siemens Capital / APS, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, ICC and CCD, as well as experience with AIRINA / DOCMASTER (documentation tools)
- Business fluent English skills (at least C1), German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (e.g. to Toulouse)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
