As an Electric Propulsion Engineer (all genders), you will significantly contribute to the design, development, and certification of the aircraft propulsion system. You will work as part of a multi-functional team, reporting to the Head of Propulsion and covering the power plant physical and functional integration, including electric engine and engine control, electric engine thermal management, propeller system & propeller control, power plant mounting system, propulsion system HMI, and the overall power plant hardware and software integration. Your daily tasks will include a variety of technical activities for the propulsion team.

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION, our goal is to develop, build, and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other airplanes in its class, providing a better travel experience door-to-door up to 500 km. We offer a new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings the lowest risk and shortest route to certification.
