Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoots and solves equipment problems and scrap issues.
2. Stocks materials for daily change-overs and delivers molds to mold control.
3. Completes maintenance work orders.
4. Documents mold change procedures.
5. Validates pre-production requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
• High level of commitment and flexibility.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts.
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
