EHS Professional - EMEA (m / f /)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an EHS Professional (Environment, Health & Safety) for EMEA R&D and Office EHS Operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by :
  1. Coordinating EHS compliance and legal requirements implementation across various locations in EMEA.
  2. Developing site EHS culture and promoting awareness of EHS.
  3. Driving EHS management standards and improving EHS performance.
  4. Supporting and achieving EHS goals and programs.
  5. Leading investigation and response teams.
  6. Leading and supporting EHS internal and external audits.
  7. Developing the EMEA employees training program and leading coordination.
Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements :

  1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience within an EHS role.
  3. Experience in developing and delivering training.
  4. Ability to influence and collaborate with Senior Leadership teams.
  5. Willingness to travel.
  6. Effective interpersonal skills to work with Cross-Functional teams and integration.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
  8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Additional skills / nice-to-have qualifications :
  1. Internal auditor certification to ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 (preferred).
  2. Knowledge of hazardous substance management.
  3. Experience working across multi-sites / multi-country.
Job specifics :
  • Location - can be based in Germany, France, or the UK, supporting multi-site office locations within the EMEA region.
  • Travel expectations - up to 15% (domestic/international).
  • Working pattern - full-time.
