Jobbeschreibung

ERM Libryo is a compliance platform that helps global organizations understand their Environmental and Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements, obligations, and compliance status. Since 2016, Libryo has assisted thousands of users in navigating compliance, improving ESG performance, and is now part of ERM, the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy.

Libryo operates worldwide, ensuring that everyone knows what actions to take for a just and sustainable world.

This is the role

Libryo is reorganizing the world’s regulatory landscape by structuring legal and other requirements into Libryo Streams for our customers. We make relevant regulations and their updates in various languages accessible to companies globally. The Regulatory Analyst – Content Developer will play a vital role as a junior member of the legal compliance content production team, responsible for researching, analyzing, processing, and monitoring regulations, primarily in environmental, health and safety, and food safety law.

This is your initial focus

Within parameters set by Libryo’s Jurisdiction Content Managers and Project Managers, you will:

  1. Conduct research into regulatory laws in relevant jurisdictions.
  2. Find, monitor, and analyze laws and regulations applicable in various countries.
  3. Identify new, amended, and repealed laws and regulations.
  4. Analyze laws to determine detailed requirements, applicability, assessment criteria, and other relevant information.
  5. Collaborate with Libryo and ERM team members, customers, and partners to deliver new Libryo Streams.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks to facilitate workflow on Libryo Collaborate.
  7. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned.
This is you
  • You have relevant qualifications and experience: you may have studied law or a scientific field, or worked as a paralegal or lawyer, with at least 1 year of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain, understanding how EHS regulations apply at client sites such as factories and wind farms.
  • You have experience in digital knowledge management.
  • You are familiar with legislation—distinguishing statutes from regulations, preambles from sections.
  • You are excited by big goals and innovation.
  • You work well under pressure and thrive in deadline-driven environments.
  • You are a self-starter with initiative, capable of working remotely with minimal supervision. Results are more important than the time taken to complete tasks.
  • You are intelligent, problem-solving, and tech-savvy, enthusiastic about emerging, agile technologies.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, work well in teams, and contribute positively to interactions.
  • You are committed to Libryo’s mission and embody its brand values.
  • You are an effective communicator.
  • You balance professionalism with a fun attitude.
  • You pay attention to details, delivering high-quality work.

Location: Libryo supports a remote-first working policy.
