Come join our team in the exciting world of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), implementing and managing key initiatives across the Europe region and championing communications with our global HQ.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion communication with marketing stakeholders within the subsidiaries
    • Provide clear guidelines, ensuring effective information dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Support building KPI & goals for low-funnel performance marketing for the ads team
    • Provide strategic direction, KPI and goals for low-funnel performance marketing to both digital marketing team members and agencies, driving exceptional results and achieving business objectives.
    • Manage both tactical and strategic communications with HQ, collaborate with senior leadership, reporting plan and results regularly.
    • Budgeting: collaborate with senior leadership and HQ to build accurate forecasts, spend plans, establish KPIs for marketing initiatives based on historical data and predictive analytics.
  • Project management: enhancement of EU CDP (Customer Data Platform)
    • Ensure timely onboarding of the various Martech requirements to allow for development.
    • Manage personnel workloads to fit development plans.
    • Conduct 3rd party Martech (data, AI, etc.) vendor review.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related working area.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of omnichannel integrated media, e-commerce and project management, preferably in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong ability to assimilate highly technical aspects of marketing/e-commerce and produce easy to adopt solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges.
  • Fluent in English (Korean will be an added value).
