Position Details

Position: EU Digital Strategist (m/f/d)
Department: DX Marketing Department
Location: Eschborn, EHQ

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication with marketing stakeholders within subsidiaries, providing clear guidelines and effective information dissemination.
  • Support the development of KPI and goals for low-funnel performance marketing, providing strategic direction to digital marketing teams and agencies.
  • Manage tactical and strategic communications with HQ, collaborating with senior leadership and reporting on plans and results.
  • Contribute to budgeting by collaborating with leadership and HQ to develop forecasts, spend plans, and KPIs based on data analytics.
  • Oversee project management for the enhancement of the EU Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring timely onboarding of Martech requirements and managing personnel workloads.
  • Conduct reviews of third-party Martech vendors (data, AI, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of omnichannel media, e-commerce, and project management, preferably in large organizations.
  • Ability to understand complex marketing and e-commerce technical aspects and develop user-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive with a strong focus on execution and problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; Korean language skills are an advantage.
