Market and customer expectations are changing rapidly. Customers now expect excellent service experiences with their heat pumps, air conditioning, or other HVAC equipment. Supporting LG Europe in this shift towards becoming a total solution provider is the core focus of our Service Solution Department. To further develop and maintain LG's service business, we are seeking a European Service Product and Quality Manager in Germany to join the Europe Headquarters of LG Electronics within the Service Solution Department.

This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders across the European team and local subsidiaries in over 14 countries. Our Europe headquarters is located in Eschborn, Germany, with an extensive sales and service network throughout Europe. The successful candidate will act as the key link between local organizations, the headquarters in Eschborn, and Seoul, ensuring the delivery of proactive, professional, and efficient services to clients and partners.

You will support service and sales organizations in driving growth by developing necessary service products and offers, and challenging these where needed. Besides product development, you will ensure quality activities meet customer promises and quality targets. You will become the expert for HVAC service product offerings and quality management.

  • Develop service businesses to sell value-added services (service solutions, standards) within our HVAC sector (residential and commercial).
  • Support the definition of service products/offers to increase European service business turnover according to yearly KPIs.
  • Analyze service business models country by country with EU subsidiaries to identify growth potential and customer journey improvements, following up on necessary actions.
  • Conduct annual service business plans with HQ and subsidiaries, and report on results regularly.
  • Support the EU service team in achieving service business targets by proposing innovative solutions.
  • Identify and support the acquisition of commercial service business opportunities.
  • Organize, realize, and attend dedicated service events.
  • Define, based on analytics, a service quality and infrastructure strategy, including implementation and follow-up.
  • Organize and support internal service audits and workshops, and coordinate countermeasures.
  • Analyze feedback and complaints to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Experience in developing and launching service or product offers at the European level, with successful marketing and sales implementation (B2B and B2C).
  • Experience in service and quality management.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in project management, business development, product management, or related fields in a B2B environment.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, international management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in presenting complex topics.
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible, and hands-on approach with a willingness to create and execute.
  • Analytical skills combined with change management experience and openness to change.
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong connections with team and stakeholders.
  • Based in Eschborn, with willingness to travel regularly within European countries.
