Job Description:

As a member of our growing Strategic Account Manager Team at OnLogic, you are a sales leader responsible for driving exponential, profitable revenue growth and strategic go-to-market initiatives. You will construct and execute business development strategies and manage complex customer relationships at a senior level. You are a skilled problem solver, motivating others to achieve extraordinary results, thriving in front of groups, and closing large opportunities.

  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel 25-35% of your time to meet customers.
  • Develop new customer relationships, proactively resolve challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Gain executive buy-in and negotiate complex contracts with innovative companies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and our organization on large-scale opportunities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, assembly, and fulfillment teams to provide solutions.
  • Work with technical, business, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Build market presence in key vertical segments, growing key accounts through strategic relationships.

  • Our sales team includes roles such as Strategic Account Managers, Customer Success, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations, each with distinct responsibilities and opportunities for impact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Experience building long-term relationships and selling into OEM or direct accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and desire to grow rapidly.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural leader with active listening skills and accountability.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Who we're looking for:

Previous senior sales experience with a proven track record in managing and closing complex B2B sales. Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, curious, and skilled at identifying customer needs and filling them with appropriate solutions.

The salary range is €60,000 to €100,000 per year plus incentives (OTE). Final compensation depends on experience and discussions. Benefits include:
