Are you a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We're looking for a Finance & Business Controller to take full ownership of financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and monitor key financial KPIs to drive business performance.
2. Create, manage, and deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, bank, and investor decks.
3. Act as the finance business partner to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
4. Analyze operational data to uncover commercial opportunities and enhance profitability.
5. Ensure high data quality across all business units, maintaining accuracy and reliability for financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 4+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or similar roles, ideally within a marketing, media, or agency environment.
• Highly skilled in financial modeling, reporting, and data visualization, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of financial tasks without a dedicated team.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial teams.
