Jobbeschreibung

At Daedalus, we are building the world's most advanced factories for precision parts. An essential component of our success is FactoryOS, a holistic software system we are developing. It comprises business-critical internal and customer-facing applications. Internally, we orchestrate and automate all work to make our production process more efficient and reliable than ever before. Externally, our software provides our customers access to all the production data we collect.

As a Product Manager, you will own at least one of these applications. Leading a team of engineers, you will be responsible for the business impact of your application from product vision to roadmap, user story implementation, and feature rollout and support.

What you'll do at Daedalus

  • Own the product vision for your area, defining a strategy that aligns with user needs and our overall goals.
  • Gather user input and analyze data to understand the business impact of features.
  • Manage the product roadmap, making prioritization decisions and maintaining stakeholder trust through clear communication.
  • Oversee the feature backlog and rollout, providing support post-launch.
  • Make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities and improve the product.

Who you are

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or similar roles.
  • You have hands-on experience shipping software products, preferably in complex enterprise SaaS environments. Experience with UX design and analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You excel at collaborating across organizational boundaries to tackle intricate technical challenges.
  • You are fluent in English and German.

What’s in it for you

  • Work with purpose in one of Germany's most exciting manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with an international team from manufacturing, AI, software, robotics, and operations.
  • Enjoy perks like free lunch, fruits, drinks, 30 days of vacation, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, bike leasing, and regular team events.
