Job Description

As a Senior SOC Security Analyst, you will analyze cybersecurity incidents such as ransomware, develop measures to contain and remove threats, and communicate technical issues clearly. You will proactively develop detection methods based on anomalies, detection patterns, or incident response insights, and monitor the threat landscape to optimize our solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, preferably with a focus on Cybersecurity, IT Security, or Information Technology, or comparable training with several years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in a SOC.
• Experience with ticket systems like Cherwell.
• Experience with Security Operation Centers, SIEM systems, automation (SOAR), Python programming, and incident response.
• Skills in vulnerability management and endpoint protection.
• Fluent German for internal and external communication; good English skills are a plus.
