Your Role

1. Work on the conceptual definition and implementation of the Group Treasury strategy, especially in financing management, currency, and interest rate management.
2. Manage and further develop our global treasury systems as part of our digitalization strategy (including SAP Treasury modules BCM, CM, TRM, IHC).
3. Execute external financing transactions (on- and off-balance sheet).
4. Implement financing projects within the company.
5. Optimize the capital structure of subsidiaries and develop risk management to control financial risks.
6. Trade spot and forward exchange transactions independently and prepare reports.
7. Carry out projects in the Group Treasury environment, such as M&A and investment financing.
8. Prepare reports and decision papers for the Executive Board and other committees.
9. Maintain and adapt Group Treasury rules to changing regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

1. Successfully completed studies in business administration.
2. Several years of professional experience in a treasury department of an international company or relevant consulting experience.
3. Desire to actively develop and advance the treasury area.
4. Good understanding of foreign currency effects from various perspectives.
5. High affinity for IT and experience with treasury IT systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, treasury modules).
6. Knowledge of accounting and tax implications of financing transactions is advantageous.
7. Structured, analytical, and conceptual working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Responsibility, independence, and high commitment.
9. Languages: German and English.
