Who You Are

We seek a highly driven, organized, and communicative individual with strong business development experience in web advertising to join us as a Business Development Manager for Web Publishers. This role involves sourcing and onboarding new Web Publishers to our omnichannel marketplace.

The position is based in either London, UK, or Berlin/Hamburg, Germany.

What You Will Do
  1. Build a pipeline focusing on Web publishers listed by Comscore and AGOF, leveraging existing market relationships.
  2. Conduct external calls and meetings to qualify prospects according to company strategy and establish long-term partnerships.
  3. Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
  4. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop client-facing decks and pitches.
  5. Work with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up processes, meeting client expectations.
  6. Understand market trends and competition to develop effective business strategies for revenue growth.
  7. Manage publisher inventory and daily delivery needs to maximize revenue during the ramp-up phase.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in AdTech, preferably on the publisher side.
  2. Existing network of publishers in the EMEA region, especially in Germany, UK, and France.
  3. Experience with technical integrations such as VAST, Prebid, SDK, etc.
  4. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
  5. Comfortable collaborating across departments including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills to close deals.
  7. Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  8. Fluent in English; German and French language skills are a plus.
