A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll directly impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to providing quality, affordable care globally. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, offering valuable international experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and teams for customer education
• Providing technical support on CAS products and procedures
• Assisting sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
• Reporting market, account, and competitive insights, trends, and metrics
• Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, quality-focused

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in hospital operating rooms, is highly valued.
