As a Booking.com Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries, and guide them through their dream destinations.

Join our team and help travelers create unforgettable experiences!

What you will be doing :
  1. Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from website users
  2. Managing reservations, special requests, and complaints, and finding solutions to inquiries
  3. Researching travel options tailored to each customer's preferences
  4. Modifying reservations based on client needs
  5. Processing payments and travel cancellations
Job Requirements :
  1. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German
  2. Good communication skills in English
  3. Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to handle unexpected changes
  5. Experience in e-commerce is a plus
