Marketing Success Manager (f/m/d)

General information

WHU is looking for a full-time Marketing Success Manager (f/m/d) in the Marketing department to start as soon as possible in Düsseldorf or Vallendar. WHU's marketing department is responsible for positioning the School as one of the best private business schools in Europe. The teams consist of experts in relevant marketing areas who develop and implement marketing measures with passion and a high standard of excellence.

Your mission

• Committed to working towards the joint goal of increasing awareness and maximizing participant acquisition.
• Build a solid relationship between key internal stakeholders and marketing on both campuses.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of your target groups, communicating their needs to the marketing team and mediating between the stakeholders' wishes and the marketing team's capabilities.
• Structured project management with good communication, clear objectives and proper briefings.

Your profile

• Degree in marketing, communication or similar qualification in a relevant field.
• Professional experience in key account or project manager positions as well as generalist knowledge in marketing are an advantage.
• A customer-oriented perspective, solution-oriented and strong implementation skills
• Strong communication skills, both in receiving and conveying information
• High quality standards, proactive contribution of ideas
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of English and German is an advantage.
