Responsibilities include:
  • People Partnering: Facilitating and driving people processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Data Management: Ensuring accuracy and regular updates of data in the core HR system.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Contributing to the creation and enhancement of local and global HR policies.
  • Process Optimization: Participating in projects focused on process improvement and implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating and communicating with international teams and offices.
  • Relocation Support: Supporting smooth employee relocations, including managing commuting logistics and handling administrative procedures.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Managing daily ad-hoc tasks effectively with a proactive approach.
