Role Overview

Support our team as a:

1. Lead the engineering team for Fluid Systems (10-15 FTE), both technically and disciplinarily.
2. Manage order-specific engineering requirements in accordance with customer specifications and international standards using SAP.
3. Focus on supply systems according to API 682 (e.g., Plan53B).
4. Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery.
5. Collaborate with all relevant departments: sales, production, purchasing, project management.
6. Support and approve basic and detailed engineering (e.g., P&ID, GA drawings) using Solid Edge/Teamcenter.
7. Manage customer complaints and coordinate customer acceptance tests.
8. Contribute to product development and monitor project budgets.
9. Manage order change requests and provide global support to Fluid Systems engineering departments.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or comparable training (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial foreman).
• Knowledge of supply systems, pump and sealing technology basics, and relevant standards.
• Understanding of pressure vessel regulations, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and product costing.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations is advantageous.
• Methodological skills in team leadership, project management, KPI systems, and quality management.
• Proficiency in SAP, calculation tools like Lauterbach, CAD databases (Teamcenter), and basic 3D CAD systems (Solid Edge).
• Basic knowledge of MS Project, databases, and Mindmap.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, structured working style, confident demeanor, willingness to travel, and experience in presentations and training.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit, reliability, and flexibility.
