Our leadership team combines tech, clinical, and strategic excellence. We’re looking for a world-class operator to join us for operations.

Your role

We’re seeking a high-caliber operator with a strategic mind and an obsession for execution, optimization, and scaling AI-enabled systems. You will lead the rollout of new sites across Europe—building, acquiring, or franchising clinics—and architect operational systems that enable speed, scale, and excellence. Design the AI-native operational backbone of a next-generation care system, where better processes lead directly to better patient outcomes and greater efficiency.

Your Impact

• Own and optimize clinic operations—from workflows to P&Ls—ensuring efficiency, throughput, and a superior patient care experience.
• Build systems that scale—turning best practices into playbooks and local excellence into repeatable success.
• Integrate tech into care delivery, shaping the product roadmap with our CTO and product team. Build Europe’s first end-to-end AI-native care infrastructure.
• Scale our infrastructure across Europe (Portugal and beyond) through new builds, acquisitions, and franchise models.
• Lead the onboarding and launch of new clinics, working closely with our VP of Clinic Development.
• Solve fires fast—from staffing to supply chain, acting as the go-to problem solver.
• Track and drive performance with KPIs tied to clinical and business outcomes.
• Lay the foundation for Ovom’s operational model at scale, with a clear path to COO.

Your profile

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in tech-enabled healthcare environments or fertility/women’s health.
• Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Have scaled multi-site operations or complex service delivery models across geographies.
• Are obsessed with processes, optimization, and execution.
• Comfortable managing operational budgets and optimizing unit economics.
• Think like a founder—bias for execution and speed. Founder experience is a plus.
• Excited about tech/AI-enabled care models.
• Understand clinic economics and healthcare KPIs.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Aspiring to grow into a COO role as Ovom scales across Europe and beyond.
