We are looking for a candidate who:

• Will manage a central customer platform and related utilities for Business Support Functions, handling all functional and technical matters.
• Will prioritize and own the product roadmap, requirements, and backlog, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Works closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering & Technology (DevOps), and Corporate Functions to ensure effective implementation, performance, and quality.
• Gathers and evaluates product feedback for continuous improvement.
• Presents topics to management and reports on their status.
• Ensures platforms meet IT security standards and acts as a multiplier within the company.

This position is available immediately on a full-time basis.

Your profile should include:

• Several years of experience in digital platform development, e.g., as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency in agile methods like SCRUM and Kanban.
• Experience managing external providers and strong communication skills, especially on technical topics.
• Strong analytical, methodological, and customer-oriented skills, with empathy and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and fluency in German and English.
• Team spirit, initiative, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
