Job Description:
What you´ll do
- Drive the development and implementation of Corporate CoE strategy in the respective area as well as ensuring execution, communication, monitoring and roll-out into regions
- Elevating the strategic direction and execution of key governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), and other internal and external regulatory requirements
- Fostering compliance with regulatory standards by managing external and internal audits and strengthening Internal Control System (ICS) and other internal controls
- Overseeing and driving all tasks related to CSRD S1
- Exchange with all other CSRD areas, assuring top level org. objectives in alignment with sustainability Strategy and regulatory requirements
- Manage external audits related to HR, acting as primary point of contact and ensuring timely and accurate management of all audit requests incl. stakeholder dialogue and best practice enforcement
- Risk Management for HR: Steering, coordination and communication
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related areas
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of HR Processes, if possible with focus on CSRD, Human Rights Due Diligence (LKSG) frameworks and audit processes
- Strategic planning and execution skills
- Proactively engaging in stakeholder management and team collaboration with a solution oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
