Position Overview

Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) is looking for trusted advisors to help our Enterprise customers achieve measurable goals. We seek enthusiastic team players with design studio experience and development skills to support a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. You will work with leading automotive industry customers across EMEA and worldwide. You will join the ECS team within the Customer Success Organization as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Sales and Services organization.

This is a remote role with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Help define digital transformation strategies, conceive and design solutions, and guide initiatives to success.
• Assist with technology configuration, scripting, development, deployment, training, and more.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership to help customers achieve their goals.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in the Automotive or similar design industries, such as Designer, Modeler, or 3D Artist/Operator.
• Expertise in Autodesk VRED and Autodesk Alias.
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• The role may require up to 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, mechanical engineering, computer science, or equivalent automotive experience.
• Knowledge of Autodesk ShotGrid.
• Experience with Autodesk APIs.
• Knowledge of Web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SubD Modeling, Polymodeling, Class A, Formfinding, Digital Twin, AR/VR/MR, and Data Management.
• Experience with Pipeline Management, Clay, and Game Engines.
• Technical consulting or project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
• Skills in analyzing project scope, cost, and benefits.
• Ability to quickly understand new or unfamiliar concepts.
• Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously, setting priorities effectively.
• German language skills would be advantageous.
