Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Lead (x|f|m) for the Creative Operations department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for the creative direction across all marketing activities. You will develop innovative, competitive, creative concepts and implement them in engaging media formats. The team consists of eight professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities

  • Steering the creative direction and ensuring the outcome supports the brand and all product and campaign-related marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape and track creative performance
  • Development and alignment of high-quality creative concepts that are competitive, trend-setting, and memorable—internally and with external agencies
  • Design and implement creative assets in engaging media formats (documents, illustrations, 2D/3D visuals, photography, video, etc.)
  • Be part of the Creative Operations Team of designers, copywriters, videographers, other creative professionals, and work with third-party vendors to ensure quality and branding standards
  • Work cooperatively in an international team environment, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and budget
  • Meet intense and changing deadlines, manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and focus on solutions to improve quality and efficiency as projects progress

What will convince us

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of proven experience in professional design and campaign concepts in a business-to-business environment
  • Basic understanding of cell biology and bioscience concepts is preferred
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skills in using AI tools are an advantage
  • High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
