To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce business.
  • Continuously improve internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
Qualifications:
  • Native verbal and written knowledge of US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer care or service-oriented industries.
  • Conscientious handling of customer data.
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude, good organizational and time management skills.
