We are looking for exceptional talent to fill our Azure Infrastructure Sales Lead position. You will be responsible for people management, sales execution, scaling collaboration, technical expertise, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a relevant field, substantial technology-related sales or account management experience, and significant solution sales or services sales experience in areas such as Azure Infrastructure, Azure Security, and SAP Sales. Additionally, the role requires strong people management skills, including the ability to manage high-performance sales teams, and to coach solution specialists and account development strategies.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, with substantial technology-related sales or account management experience.
- People management skills, including managing high-performance sales and technical teams, with experience in leadership roles in large, multi-tiered organizations.
- Significant solution sales or services sales experience in Azure Infrastructure, Azure Security, AI, Cloud Migrations, and SAP Sales.

Sales Execution
- Grow business, revenue & consumption within the Enterprise Sales Portfolio, cloud innovation, and customer acquisition; drive sales across the Microsoft cloud platform and Industry clouds.
- Lead the expansion of internal and external relationships to drive Azure infrastructure business success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Azure, engaging customers effectively.
- Lead transformational initiatives to deploy infrastructure workloads that create business value.
- Identify and track new opportunities or engagements.
- Leverage stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success teams, partner organizations) to build pipeline.
- Coach the team to remove pre-sales blockers, collaborate with partners, and engage customers to grow cloud services.
- Engage C-Suite decision makers to support opportunity discovery and acceleration.
- Plan and execute strategies for closing opportunities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Scaling Collaboration
- Build a network of partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration, removing barriers.
- Contribute to developing the orchestration model and leverage scaling programs.
Tech Leader Expertise
- Demonstrate technical expertise in migration challenges, Azure, SAP Rise, and industry scenarios, with knowledge in sectors like Retail, Chemicals, Travel, Energy, or Manufacturing.
- Share knowledge with customers/partners via social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Review wins/losses to identify issues and resolve them.
- Connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact, leveraging deep technology knowledge.
- Explore new business opportunities, optimize portfolios, and drive customer growth.
- Ensure customer/partner satisfaction and resolve technical issues for strategic accounts.
- Set standards for customer/partner experiences and promote awareness of new technologies.
- Lead strategic planning to exceed cloud growth, drive consumption, and support revenue goals.
- Mentor and coach the team on sales and product knowledge, encouraging continuous learning.
