Your transformation challenge

1. Java backend: Development of customer-specific logistics processes for our shipper and carrier customers, including creating technical concepts to reflect their business processes, mapping and connecting their in-house systems to our SaaS platform.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, utilizing your knowledge of our technology and processes to understand customer requirements and advise our Professional Services team on implementation possibilities of business logic.
3. Design, implement, and update customer-specific features independently. Manage and prioritize support tickets.
4. Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers.
5. Participate in configuration and operation of customer interfaces on test and production systems; responsible for technical 3rd level support for customer business processes on our interface platform.
6. Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices; share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
7. Work with state-of-the-art technologies, including AI tools like Copilot, Cursor IDE, and others as standard.
8. Propose improvements for customer solutions and internal processes.
