Your Responsibilities

Join our team as the Manager of Environmental Analysis and Operations, leading waste disposal plans and onboard waste management initiatives. Collaborate with vessel crews and shore departments to optimize environmental efficiency, manage costs, and implement strategic measures for savings.

• Develop and optimize waste disposal plans and onboard waste management initiatives for our fleet.
• Coordinate with Costa and AIDA vessels and shore departments.
• Create environmental port cost plans and forecasts in collaboration with financial teams.
• Identify savings potential and implement measures, including environmental discounts and exemptions.
• Monitor environmental port costs and lead monthly variance analyses.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in environmental management systems, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Previous experience in finance and controlling, with the ability to develop financial reports and presentations.
• Experience in ship operations or cruise ship technology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
• Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Hyperion, QlikView, Power BI desirable.
• Experience with MXP is a plus.
• Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
