Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Manager to join our team at Commvault. As a key player in our ecosystem, you will own and cultivate relationships with nominated partners, elevate Commvault's presence, and ensure the achievement of quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships within nominated partners, demonstrating how Commvault contributes to their operations. Find opportunities to showcase our value, penetrate accounts, and increase market share.
  • Build strong relations at all levels within partner organizations, leading relationships through the sales cycle. Increase scope and sales of Commvault offerings, overcoming objections and advancing opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals outlined in the business plan. Develop and maintain a pipeline for the medium and long term, ensuring consistent and predictable income.
  • Mentor and facilitate partners' sales forces to improve pipelines and win rates. Conduct regular pipeline review meetings and provide resources to overcome objections.
  • Plan and deliver Commvault's participation in partners' demand generation activities. Manage partner sales forecasts and develop partner account plans.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess significant engagements, opportunities, and initiatives. Develop positive relationships across the company, emphasizing a unified approach.

Requirements
