We are looking for an experienced Expert, HR-IT specializing in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module to join our dynamic team. The Expert, HR-IT, will play a key role in the strategic and operational development of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring its optimal performance and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide global-scale solutions and services, contributing significantly to our innovative HR-IT strategy.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Contribute to the strategic vision and operational development of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module

Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and strategic goals

Independently manage and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module

Coordinate and conduct comprehensive tests to ensure the quality and performance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules

Provide support and training to users, as well as support for technical and functional questions

Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and the Global HR Center of Excellence to analyze business needs and define technical requirements

Show your expertise

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education

Proven experience in HR-IT with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Recruiting Module

Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR system implementations, preferably within international project teams

Good knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in the Recruiting Module; familiarity with other modules such as Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Succession is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities

Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
