If you speak German fluently and wish to gain experience working in the fields of computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and online platforms, seize this opportunity to join the German Microsoft Support team to support customers from Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

What you will do:

• Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
• Guide customers facing billing issues, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions
• Assist customers with order placement and related issues
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot, escalate technical issues, and assist with account issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues
