A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies, including our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts dedicated to delivering quality and affordable care globally. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable international experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams for customer education
  • Providing technical support to customers on CAS products and procedures
  • Assisting sales and marketing teams during product presentations and launches
  • Reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and product issues
  • Handling administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in hospital operating rooms, is highly valued.
