We are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self-adhesive products for industry, trade, professional craftsmen and consumers - currently on the lookout for our new Digital Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital initiatives that enhance Sales and Marketing processes across platforms and systems. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless implementation, alignment with business objectives and optimization of processes and digital tools. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization and delivering efficiency gains for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects in Sales & Marketing and ensure the alignment with business goals, customer needs and Sales & Marketing Excellence targets
2. Develop and ensure execution of project plans, timelines, resources and budgets and monitor the progress
3. Communicate and align with main stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, IT and provide clear updates on project progress
4. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
5. Leverage internal feedback and system data to identify automation and efficiency enhancement opportunities
6. Drive change management to ensure seamless adoption and user engagement
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging project insights and applying lessons learned to future initiatives

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in similar marketing or consultancy roles
3. Deep understanding of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus
4. Ability to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively
6. Good communicator, proactive nature who thrives in a team-oriented environment
7. Fluent in English
