Position Overview

Your position is within the Enterprise Management team. Here you will work alongside colleagues to advise large practices and clinics and actively drive digitalization in these facilities with your skills.

Your Contribution :

1. Project Management : Planning, management, and implementation of software projects in MVZ practices and clinics.
2. Technical Integration : Ensuring interoperability between our innovative software solutions such as CGM one world, All-in-One Praxissoftware, and existing systems (e.g., PVS, KIS, rehabilitation).
3. Interface Management : Coordinating and supporting the development team in connecting and configuring interfaces for smooth data exchange.
4. Customer Consultancy : Analyzing requirements, identifying optimization potentials, and customizing solutions.
5. Training & Project Introductions : Planning and conducting training sessions and supporting onsite go-lives.
6. Exhibitions & Customer Presentations : Representing the company at trade fairs and customer events.
7. Stakeholder Management : Communicating and coordinating between internal and external project participants.

Quality Control :

Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

What You Bring Along :

1. Experience : Several years in IT project management, ideally in healthcare.
2. Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of healthcare software solutions, integration, and interoperability of IT systems.
3. Interface Competence : Initial experience with interfaces in software environments is advantageous.
4. Methodological Competence : Experience with agile and traditional project management methods (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI).
5. Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex IT topics clearly to diverse target groups.
6. Presentation & Training Skills : Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, and product presentations.
