Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/f/x), Munich

Company: As part of the Straumann Group, the world's leading provider in implant-supported and restorative prosthetics, we at etkon GmbH develop and produce high-quality dental prostheses using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technologies. Our development site is in Gräfelfing near Munich, and production is in Markkleeberg near Leipzig.

What we are looking for:

  1. Development of data processing solutions in the CAD/CAM environment and software solutions for mass processing of (3D) order data.
  2. Automation of CAD/CAM production processes.
  3. Development of database-supported logistics processes and workflows.
  4. Definition of interfaces to various IT systems and CNC production machines and partners (e.g., via web services).
  5. Intranet applications to support production control.
  6. Analysis and technical clarification of project requirements with internal and external partners.
  7. Gathering detailed requirements from departments and creating specifications for IT solutions.
  8. Project processing, coordination, and management.
  9. Software validation and documentation, including creation and review of concepts, plans, and test scenarios.
  10. Description and modeling of process changes and database structures, defining master data, and change management.
  11. Preparation of cost estimates.

What you should bring:

  1. Completed technical studies, IT training, or comparable professional experience.
  2. Experience in software requirement engineering.
  3. Experience in programming and database modeling.
  4. Knowledge of merchandise management processes (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
  5. Good knowledge of German and English.
  6. Teamwork and strong communication skills, goal- and solution-oriented, independent working style.
