Founded in Berlin, autarc is a 30-person start-up that recently graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team includes members from Sales, Tech, and Operations, with the Engineering department currently at 11 people, planning to grow to 14 by Q3 2025.

You will work alongside the CEO, CTO, and other Engineers to design and improve the core product, focusing on user interface and user experience. We have multiple squads working on Heat Pump, Solar, Mobility, and ERP products, aiming to deliver a seamless brand experience in daily software use as a craftsman. Your role will connect the Design team, comprising four Designers, with our software squads.

This involves building UI widgets and enhancing existing interfaces for full design consistency, ensuring our design system aligns with live software. As a Senior team member, you will lead Engineering initiatives and handle significant UI tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering flawless Frontend designs and UI
• Collaborating with the Design team to enhance UX
• Engaging in designing, coding, and testing for new and existing features
• Maintaining our website (Webflow)
• Developing B2B SaaS applications
• Transforming ideas into high-performance, reliable code

This role is fully Frontend-focused with substantial Design interaction.
