A Snapshot of Your Day

As the deputy of the TI SES BC Head, you will lead the Performance Controlling team, participate in the ramp-up of Siemens Energy’s Electrolyzer business for green hydrogen, and ensure financial transparency to support decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor business KPIs to drive performance and support strategic goals.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy of all KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team of controllers.
• Manage budget and forecast activities; lead month-end reviews.
• Prepare management presentations for leadership and board members.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and digitalization in KPI reporting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance, preferably controlling.
• Motivated, proactive, with high standards and results orientation.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, F+, and familiarity with business intelligence tools like SAP Analytical Cloud. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
